  Outstanding service for my family last week. Friendly, compassionate staff puts you at ease and their cheerful personality is uplifting. They were completely on top of things every step of the way, always with kindness and respect. Their Life Story Center, complete with food and drinks, was the perfect place for the reception after the service. Attention to detail was amazing.

  Betzler is a class act. After our mother passed, we met with Joe, the perfect combination of caring, support, kindness, professionalism and efficiency. He helped us with pictures, planning, and empowered us to take control of our mother's service. Together, we planned a service with each of her children sharing stories and memories. We were thrilled with the very personal and meaningful celebration of our mother's life that transpired.
  
  We loved everything about our experience with Betzler: all of our contacts with Joe, the ease in which our mother's final desire was carried out, home like facility, the service, the lunch that followed, the dogs (with which one of the little children got right down on the floor and snuggled up), the way her life story was written and presented in book, picture panel and video form, the website, all information printed out and ready for us to take home. It was truly a Celebration of Life and will live on with us in fond memories, pictures,booklets, and videos.

  I cannot say enough about Joe, Sue and the entire Betzler team. They did a wonderful job helping us to coordinate a beautiful celebration of my Aunt’s life. All of my aunt’s relatives are out of town, so we had to rely on her friend and the Betzler team to help pull things together. They were able to create a wonderful video of my aunt’s life from the pictures we sent. They took care of the flowers based on input and accommodated a special request at the mausoleum for a relative who flew in late. They arranged a beautiful spread of refreshments and had table and chair seating so friends and family could sit and reminisce about her life. Even the two support dogs (Hollie and Ellie) knew just what to do. They were there for support if needed, but were not intrusive and would leave once they made sure they were not needed.
  
  As one reviewer already put it, they have the perfect combination of caring, support, kindness, professionalism and efficiency. My thanks to the Betzler team for all your help and support, you definitely made a very difficult time much easier.

  When my dad passed away unexpectedly, my family was in shock and overwhelmed with grief, and not even sure how to go about orchestrating the many details of the visitation, funeral service, burial etc.
  Our closest family friend recommended Betzler Life Story to us after the recent experience she had with them doing a service for a loved one.
  I honestly just wanted to get through the services because I was so distracted by pain, but Scott Betzler went above and beyond with how he cared for the arrangements for my daddy. He sat with us as we recalled the great memories of my dad's life and our favorite parts of his character and he paid attention to every detail which was revealed later, as the visitation and website story portrayed in better words than I could have articulated, the man that has been my hero all my life.
  When we arrived at dad's visitation to see such a display and array of food preparation so particular to dad's favorite things...it turned into a true celebration of dad and his friends and family gathered for hours, no one wanting to leave. The video and slides of dad's life playing to beautiful music brought friends from different times of dad's life into conversations with each other about who he was. As his daughter, I got to observe my dad's impact in the lives around Betzler during the visitation and it brought such pride and warmth at a time I thought nothing could help ease the sadness.
  The reason I put so much effort into this review, and so close to the actual experience, is because it really impacted me, the level of compassion and service that Scott Betzler has shown in going above and beyond with his job. It is more of a ministry than a career because he made us feel so appreciative even during the hardest days of my life thus far.
  My sister said it best, Scott felt like family during this whole experience. There was no impatience or rushing when us siblings got long-winded on our trips down memory lane, or with the editing and re-editing of obituary details. I can't thank Betzler Life Story enough for helping my mom deal with details she has never considered before, such as memorializing dad through media, headstone details, thank you cards, and so much more. If you are looking to experience true celebration and remembrance of a loved one, they will care for you as though you were their only focus.

  Extremely personal service, caring and compassionate during a very emotional time for us with the loss of our elderly Yorkie. Patrick and the staff really made things easy and listened to our needs to provide the best service. Highest recommendation.
